In addition to transport by road or water, we also store and tranship your products under the best possible conditions. Of course, we also look after all customs formalities and required sampling. In the field of vegetable oils and fats we take appropriate measures in our own climate rooms and also conduct analyses at our lab.
Many products solidify at ambient temperatures, which means they have to be kept warm during storage and transshipment. The Dekker Group has all the facilities in-house to heat up products. Products with a high melting point can be made liquid by using steam, hot water or hot/dry air.
Our climate room/hotbox locations:
The laboratory conducts chemical analyses of the products, thereby safeguarding the quality of all incoming and outgoing goods.
The Dekker Group lab is equipped with sophisticated equipment to check all quality aspects of products upon request of the customer.
Our qualified members of staff vouch for the speedy checks they carry out. They specialize in analyzing the high-quality products stored and transported by the Dekker Group.
Expertise in the field of customs formalities is a requirement for international trade. The Dekker Group holds several customs licences and we are earmarked as a bonded warehouse C.
Bonded warehouse C means that payment of import duties on imported goods is postponed until a destination has been set for them. This makes the whole documentation process much simpler.
Dekker is AEO-certified, which authorises us to undertake customs activities in our capacity of economic operator. Keywords for our customs activities are Sagitta imports and exports, NTCS, custom clearance for free circulation in EU, preparation of Export and/or T1 documents, Dekker can act as limited fiscal representative in that respect.
The Dekker Group organises transport of part loads or full truck loads from own warehouses. This enables you to instruct the Dekker Group to transport small orders to full truck loads throughout Europe. In other words: we also coordinate this part of the chain.
Our mixed cargo/part load transport locations:
The Dekker Group has designed a desolving installation where several sorts of powders can be desolved under ”perfect” conditions into demineralized water. This proces takes place in a horizontal stainless steel shoretank which has a direct connection for tanktrailers.
