Zijdepark taken into use
On the new industrial estate called Zijdepark in Ouderkerk aan den IJssel, Dekker Tankopslag took an extensive and advanced storage hall of more than 5.000 m2 into use. With this new building we now have one central location for the storage of dry and packed goods in stead of three different locations.

Tankopslag B.V.
Storage and transshipment of goods is carried out by Dekker Tankopslag B.V. In Ouderkerk 100 stainless steel heated storage tanks (rvs316L) of 30 to 500 cbm with a total storage capacity of 20.000 cbm are available. Several tanks are equipped with mixing facility. Furthermore there are three halls for storage and handling of the goods, such as melting cocoa butter and cocoa mass, and filling into barrels and IBC's.
On the Industrial Park Zijdepark three voluminous halls have been taken into use by the end of 2009, for the storage of various packings with high quality food products.
Arrival of the goods by road is not the only option, as Ouderkerk is situated near the Rotterdam harbor and we easily can be reached by boat - barges can moor to one of our piers for unloading.
Dekker Tankopslag can save a lot of work for her customers, from the organization of the supply of the products ex seagoing vessel until the delivery by road, included all customs activities and sampling. Also heating the products into tank trailers and tank containers is one of our services.
Our laboratory carries out chemical analyses of the products, so the quality of all in- and outgoing goods is guaranteed.
